What to Expect
Our A&R Feedback Sessions give artists direct access to professional, industry-level critique in a supportive but honest environment.
This session will be hosted by Freddie Cowan, co-founder of The Vaccines. There will be a chat with Joe Kentish, a Q&A followed by the A&R session.
Each session begins with a short talk from a guest A&R, label executive, or music industry professional, offering insight into how music is evaluated, what decision-makers look for in new talent, and how artists can strengthen their releases in a competitive market.
We then move into the live listening segment, where selected submissions are played and reviewed in the room.
