There is a ticket limit of 6 (six) tickets per person, per address and per credit card on this event. Please adhere to published ticket limits. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their order(s) and tickets cancelled without prior notice by the Ticket Agent in its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or other information.

Anyone under age 16 must be accompanied by a ticket holder over 18 years old.

Please note that there is no separate children's area at this event.

Essential Companion Tickets – We operate a companion ticket scheme for eligible customers.  If you'd like to apply for this, please do not book a ticket for your companion as this will not be refunded if they are approved for a companion ticket.

Accessibility Facilities – can include accessible toilets, companion tickets, a viewing platform, BSL Interpreting Services. Check the Access Page on the relevant event for more information on specific services provided at each show.

Tickets are only valid when purchased directly from official agents of Festival Republic. We do not accept Print at Home tickets, Booking Confirmations, screenshots or photos of tickets. Tickets for this event have a unique barcode which will be scanned on entry and if found to be duplicated, either in error or for fraudulent gain, only the first instance of the ticket scanned will be admitted regardless of original ownership. Customers may be prosecuted if found to have deliberately duplicated and resold tickets for fraudulent gain.

Your Phone is your Ticket.  Make sure you download your ticket before heading to the event.  Download the Ticketmaster App, Sign into your Ticketmaster account, then tap on ‘My Events’ to locate your order.  Tap your order to view your Tickets.  At entry show the barcode on your phone to get scanned. Make sure you have the most recent version of the App and don’t log out – once you’ve viewed your ticket in the App its automatically saved so it’s always ready, even if you don’t have signal or wi-fi at the event.  As a back up you can always save it to your phone wallet too.

It is prohibited to resell tickets for the Event, except where resold using the official resale platform of the official ticket agent you purchased from, in accordance with the relevant ticket agent’s resale terms and conditions.

Tickets purchased from unauthorised sources may be rendered invalid and admission refused.

Tickets must be valid, presented in full according to the authorised agents delivery methods and not altered or tampered with.
