Jaguar - DJ, broadcaster, and founder of UTOPIA. Known for championing emerging electronic artists, Jaguar has become one of the UK's most recognisable radio voices, using her platform to spotlight underrepresented talent and build inclusive music spaces.

Vanessa Bakewell (Meta) - Working at the intersection of music and technology, Vanessa brings insight into how artists and labels leverage digital platforms to build audiences, grow communities, and navigate today's evolving industry landscape.

Sara Bazian (YouTube Music) - A key figure within one of the world's most influential music platforms, Sara offers perspective on streaming strategy, artist development in the digital age, and how global audiences discover new music.
