Includes a wheelchair space, plus a free companion/PA ticket (standing). - Proof of eligibility (PIP, Access Card/Nimbus or similar) is required before checkout, you won't be able to complete your booking without it. - When you book one access ticket, two tickets are issued automatically: your access ticket and a free companion/PA ticket. You and your carer/PA must arrive together. - Queue jump is available as a standard access provision for all access ticket types. - Seating/wheelchair spaces are reserved solely for access customers; the carer/PA will need to stand beside you. - Due to the size of the access area, only the companion/PA may join you, the venue cannot accommodate further guests. - The access area is step-free and has a private accessible toilet.
