New Street Adventure are one of the most important Acid Jazz acts of the last decade. Having built up their own loyal following, selling out venues such as the legendary 100 Club, the Jazz Cafe and 229, they have released two albums and a series of singles and EPs on the label.

Having reunited to mark the 10-year anniversary of their debut ‘No Hard Feelings’ and an extensive UK tour, today they return with a new single ‘Get You Back’ which showcases their perennial soul influences and the writing prowess of band-leader Nick Corbin. Recorded in London and mixed in New York City by Colemine Records associate Rafferty Swink, it has a fresh, contemporary soulful sound, with clear late-‘60s/early ‘70s perspective.

The Milk blend the raw emotions of early soul with the sophisticated grooves of modern funk and jazz. Their lead vocalist Rick Nunn has been compared to Steve Winwood and they have appeared at both Glastonbury and the Isle of Wght Festival.

Their 2012 debut LP 'Tales From The Thames Delta' secured a place in the UK Top 40 charts and earned them the title of Apple iTunes Band of the Year.

The 2015 follow up LP 'Favourite Worry' won The Milk new fans and was heralded as the BBC 6 Music Album of the Year.

The new single 'Borderlands' showcases the cinematic soul we can expect to hear on The Milk's 4th studio album which will be launched this autumn.
