NO EXIT
The Courtyard Theatre, London.
NO EXIT is a deeply thought-provoking exploration of existential themes, inspired by the works of Jean-Paul Sartre. Live instrumental music is created spontaneously on stage, responding directly to the actors and making every performance unique.
"Man is nothing else but what he makes of himself." - Jean-Paul Sartre
Three chairs. Three people. A door. Emptiness. The afterlife. Everything is over - yet the end is only the beginning. Three strangers, trapped together with nowhere to hide. Not from themselves. Not from each other. Eyes remain wide open. Footsteps fill the room, but the traces of the past can never be erased.
