Rock'n'Roll Chelsea Walking Tour

Walking through the streets of Chelsea today, it’s not immediately obvious that it was once the epicentre of rock ‘n’ roll in London. Yet the area has a deep and fascinating rock history that can still be discovered, if you know where to look.

Adam Scott-Goudling will explore where our legends of music lived, created and partied, including the Kings Road hangouts of the Rolling Stones, Eric Clapton and Jimi Hendrix, the hotel that the Beatles used as their first London base, and the fashion boutiques that were all part of the music scene of the ’60s and '70s.

The walk will start at Sloane Square Station and last approximately two hours.
