Saturday settles into rhythm at Boisdale as The Hine Bar becomes a relaxed, DJ-led brunch setting shaped by good music, good food and an easy sense of occasion. The Saturday Brunch Club brings together a rotating line-up of DJs, each curating their own selection of global sounds, blending laid-back grooves with subtle live instrumental touches.

The focus is as much on atmosphere as it is on music, with each week offering a different musical direction, from soulful selections to deeper, groove-led sets that carry through the afternoon. It is a format that feels fluid rather than fixed, with the soundtrack evolving as the room fills.

Alongside the music, guests can enjoy a two-course brunch with a complimentary Boisdale Bellini, with the option to add free-flowing red, white or sparkling wine for £25 per person. The experience unfolds across the Hine Bar and heated garden terrace, overlooking Cabot Square, where indoor and outdoor spaces move naturally together.

Designed as a weekly fixture, The Saturday Brunch Club offers a consistent setting with a changing musical identity, making each visit feel slightly different while keeping the same relaxed pace.
