Yawning Portal are a musical duo consisting of Angel Steele and Petulance, based in London, United Kingdom. Their music is blissful and often ambient leaning with an emphasis on euphoric and subtle sound design with detailed field recordings and samples.
On their debut album, released last year via YEAR0001, Yawning Portal grasp for what feels real and land on something elemental. The duo's sonic embrace is an expression of pop in its most resonant and affecting form - this is music to levitate to.
They are joined on the night by Merely & Niko Demus, playing as a duo.
