Over their 6 years as a band, seven-piece Keg have garnered attention for their frenetic live performances and unwavering commitment to experimenting with their sound ever since their conception.

Channeling influences from hardcore punk to Steely Dan-style crooning, their new album Relaxing Near the Hospital evokes Ween in its commitment to a noncommittal sound. What feels new is a level of vulnerability which has often been hinted at in previous releases, but here feels fully established.

The band have released two critically acclaimed EPs 'Assembly' (2021) and 'Girders' (2022), praised by Loud and Quiet, NME, Dork, So Young and supported by BBC Radio 6 and Radio X, but it's the live arena where Keg is understood best – they've earned their stripes at festivals like Greenman, Latitude and End of The Road among many others, building a loyal following of fans across the UK and Europe.
